Of Cape Verdean origin, Soraia Ramos was born in Portugal, where she lived until the age of 13.  She moved to France with her family where she stayed for 3 years, later emigrating to Switzerland, her current residence.
From an early age she felt an enormous connection to the world of music, and began to share that same passion with her closest loved ones.
With the support of her family and with her huge connection with music, Soraia in 2010 won the 1st place in the contest “Vozes da Diáspora” against many candidates from the Portuguese speaking countries.
“Agora Penso Por Mim” reached more than 200 thousand views on the Youtube platform and 10 thousand likes in just five days. Other unmissable hits were “Quero-te Ver Mexer” in collaboration with MC Kebel, with 15 thousand views and “Bai”, a musical success that has almost 8 million views in 4 months.
“I Love You Too”, was a success, surpassing 2 million views in just 1 month. The last theme released by the artist, “O Nosso Amor”, was a dream come true, as she had long wanted to do a duet with the Calema brothers, where the video clip of the singers from São Tomé and Príncipe is a well done performance between music, lyrics and choreography.
In 2022 he launches his most recent song “BKBN- Bu Ka Bali Nada” sung in Creole and Portuguese, in only 2 days the song reached half a million views and in 3 days it was 900’000 in views.
